由于我国经济的迅猛发展,基本建设的投资规模也随之不断增大,而且,在很大程度上推动了建筑行业的发展,因此也使得建筑工程施工质量问题得到了人们的重视。本文论述了新时期建筑工程管理工作的重要性与建筑工程管理的特点,同时分析了建筑工程管理中存在的问题,并提出加强建筑工程管理的必要性与加强建筑工程管理的有效对策。
Due to the rapid economic development in our country, the investment scale of capital construction also increases continuously. Moreover, it has greatly promoted the development of the construction industry and therefore made the construction quality of construction projects received the attention of people. This paper discusses the importance of construction management in the new period and the characteristics of construction management. At the same time, it analyzes the existing problems in construction management and puts forward the necessity of strengthening the management of construction engineering and the effective countermeasures of strengthening construction management.
