应用离体兔心Langendorff灌注模型,探讨吲哒帕胺、维拉帕米对心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的保护机制。离体免心肌缺血40min后,分别取再灌注15、30、60、360min洗脱液,测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA);测定冠脉流量和冠脉阻力及静脉血血小板聚集率。结果表明,吲哒帕胺、维拉帕米均具有清除氧自由基、扩张冠状动脉作用;吲哒帕胺还具有抗血小板聚集的作用。
To study the protective mechanism of indapamide and verapamil on myocardial ischemia / reperfusion injury in rabbit heart Langendorff perfusion model. After 40min ischemia, the eluent was reperfused for 15, 30, 60 and 360min respectively.
