西方解除制裁将使伊朗恢复其在欧佩克的显赫地位,重返国际能源市场的核心地带。伊朗石油部高官日前承诺,解除制裁后的伊朗将很快把石油日产量增加50万桶,石油出口量或可达到每日250万桶。伊朗的能源出口战略是通过扩大石油出口将其欧洲市场份额增扩至42%~43%。
The lifting of the sanctions by the West will allow Iran to resume its prominent position in OPEC and return to the heart of the international energy market. Iran’s oil ministry officials have promised recently that after the lifting of sanctions, Iran will soon increase its oil output by 500,000 barrels a day and its oil exports may reach 2.5 million barrels a day. Iran’s energy export strategy is to increase its European market share to 42% ~ 43% by expanding oil exports.
