学习成绩除了跟人的智力因素有关外,还与非智力因素有着重要的关系。非智力因素对学生的学习有动力作用、维持作用、调节作用和弥补作用。学生的学习动机、学习兴趣、学习态度、自信心、情绪等非智力因素对智力的发展起着重要作用。中职生英语成绩不理想,学习兴趣不浓,心理素质和行为习惯不好等现象影响了智力发展,因而有必要对其加强思想教育,端正学习态度,挖掘非智力因素,促进英语学习。
In addition to learning achievements with the human intelligence factors, but also with non-intelligence factors have an important relationship. Non-intellectual factors have a dynamic effect on student’s learning, maintaining, regulating and compensating. Students’ learning motivation, learning interest, learning attitude, self-confidence, emotion and other non-intellectual factors play an important role in the development of intelligence. Secondary vocational school English results are not satisfactory, interest in learning is not strong, poor psychological quality and behavior and other phenomena affect the development of intelligence, it is necessary to strengthen their ideological education, correct learning attitude, tap non-intelligence factors, and promote English learning.
