食管鳞癌中P-P38和VEGF蛋白的表达及意义

目的:探讨P-P38蛋白和VEGF蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中可能的作用。方法:采用微波EliVisionTM免疫组织化学法检测60例食管鳞癌组织中P-P38蛋白和VEGF蛋白的表达情况,并与40例正常食管粘膜组织进行比较。结果:食管鳞癌组织中P-P38和VEGF分别表达定位于细胞核和细胞浆,其表达明显高于正常食管粘膜组织(P<0.05)。两者的表达与淋巴结转移、分化程度及病理分期有关(P<0.05);两者之间表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:P-P38和VEGF在食管鳞癌呈高表达,且在食管鳞癌的发生、发展和转移过程中起到一定的作用。 Objective: To investigate the possible role of P-P38 protein and VEGF protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: The expression of P-P38 protein and VEGF protein in 60 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were detected by EliVisionTM immunohistochemistry and compared with 40 cases of normal esophageal mucosa. Results: The expressions of P-P38 and VEGF in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were localized in nucleus and cytoplasm, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal esophageal mucosa (P <0.05). The expression of them was related to lymph node metastasis, differentiation degree and pathological stage (P <0.05), and there was a positive correlation between them (P <0.05). Conclusion: P-P38 and VEGF are highly expressed in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and play a role in the occurrence, development and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
