在选择残余应力计算公式和分析其计算精度的基础上,根据残余应力测定装置的设备条件,利用紫金-Ⅱ微机编制出残余应力数据采集与处理程序。本文分析了影响数据采集系统稳定性的几个问题,并提出了行之有效的数据处理方法。联机试验结果证明,所编程序对残余应力数据的采集与处理是适用的。连续测定残余应力方法与常用的残余应力测定方法(电测电算法和X射线法)相比,不需购置昂贵的专用测试设备,方法简便易行,测试速度快,提高工效7~10倍,其测试结果与X射线法相比有类同关系,故此法有实用性。
Based on the calculation formula of residual stress and the calculation accuracy, the residual stress data acquisition and processing program was compiled by Zijin-Ⅱ microcomputer according to the equipment conditions of residual stress measurement device. This article analyzes several problems that affect the stability of data acquisition system and puts forward effective data processing methods. The on-line test results prove that the programmed sequence is suitable for the collection and processing of residual stress data. Continuous measurement of residual stress method and the commonly used method of residual stress measurement (electricity measurement algorithm and X-ray method) compared without the need to purchase expensive special test equipment, the method is simple and easy, fast test, improve work efficiency 7 to 10 times, The test results and X-ray method have similar relationship, so this method is practical.
