随着网络技术的逐渐普及,网络信息资源在日常生活中的渗透随处可见,甚至发展成为人们生活和工作中不可缺少的组成部分之一。高等学府当中,网络技术的应用也是极为广泛的。以大学生心理健康教育课程为例,网络环境下这一课程的开展日益呈现出优势与劣势共存的复杂局面,这也导致了不少教育工作者对于网络技术在心理健康教育课程中的应用褒贬不一。如何最大程度地发挥心理健康教育课程中的网络优势,摒弃网络资源当中的消极因素,促进学生的身心同步发展,成为了我们最为关注的问题。
With the gradual popularization of network technology, the infiltration of network information resources in daily life can be seen everywhere, and even developed into an indispensable part of people’s life and work. Among institutions of higher learning, the application of network technology is also very extensive. Taking the course of college students’ mental health education as an example, the development of this course under the network environment is increasingly showing the complicated situation of coexistence of advantages and disadvantages, which also leads many educators to criticize the application of network technology in the course of mental health education one. How to maximize the advantages of the network in the course of mental health education, abandon the negative factors in the network resources, and promote the synchronous development of the students’ mind and body has become our most concern issue.
