为预防食管癌切除后吻合口瘘等并发症，提高食管癌治愈率及术后生存质量，我们对食管胃吻合部位和方法进行了改进，设计了食管床全胃移植颈部食管胃单层宽边吻合术。自１９７７年５月～１９９８年１０月，我们对１２２６例食管癌患者采用了此术式，经临床观察，该方法安全易行
