机关党建经常性工作一定要适应新形势,不断发展,不断创新,才会有新意、有活力、有凝聚力。尤其是要从机关工作的实际出发,紧紧围绕改革和发展的需要,大胆实践,使基层党建工作制度化、规范化和科学化,努力提高党建工作的实际效能。现摘编上海市金山区在党建工作中推行的微型党课教育法和“党内三先”活动法,供区直各机关组奴借鉴。
