近两年来,我们与水港系结构试验室密切协作,试制了二十点自动换接振弦应变仪。这台仪器采用脉冲反馈自整步等幅振荡激励电路,并用较简单的办法实现了多点自动测量。其中振弦传感器,采用扁截面仪表张丝作振弦,标距缩短到1.5cm。与现在通用的同类测量仪器比较,它的灵敏度高、性能稳定、传感器标距短、可以在尺寸较小的结构模型上应用,尤其适合于对低弹模材料表面应变的测量。
In the past two years, we have been working closely with the Structural Laboratory of Water Ports to produce a 20-point automatic crossover vibrating wire strain gauge. This instrument uses pulse feedback from the step equal amplitude oscillation excitation circuit, and with a simpler way to achieve a multi-point automatic measurement. One vibrating wire sensor, the flat cross-section instrument wire for the vibrating wire, gauge distance shortened to 1.5cm. Compared with the common measuring instruments of the same kind nowadays, its high sensitivity, stable performance and short sensor gauge can be applied to the structural models with smaller dimensions, especially suitable for measuring the surface strain of low-elastic material.
