去年十一月召开的省委四届六次全会,根据党的十三届五中全会的决定,结合云南实际,对我省进一步治理整顿深化改革的工作作出了部署。半年多来,按照全会提出的目标和确定的措施,全省的治理整顿工作积极稳妥地向前推进,取得了比较明显的进展。虽然面临的任务还很艰巨,存在的困难也不少,但总的来看,我省国民经济的形势是好的,或者说正在向好的方面发展。现根据省委省政府研究我省经济中确定的一些原则,把上半年经济工作的情况和下半年工作的一些考虑,向同志们作一个通报。
