用 BYS—14型四导脉象仪,对海拔80米的北京52名居民,海拔2500米的青海互助56名居民,海拔4800米的43名唐古拉山移居者进行了挠动脉搏动图的检测,三组平均年龄皆为25岁,以研究高原移居者脉图(RPT)的变化,结果表明:①高原移居者脉搏振幅明显衰减;主波幅(H_1)、潮波幅(H_3)、降中峡(H_4)重搏波幅(H_5)的高度均低于平原人,P<0.01,差异非常显著;②降中峡与主波幅的比值(H_4/H_1)明显增大,P<0.05;③高原移居者心率为75.1次/分,而平原人为68.1次/分,P<0.01,差异非常显著。④脉搏波的时值经心率校正后,高原移居者心电脉搏传播时间(Q—UR)明显延长,P<0.05;主波顶点至降中峡的时间(T_5)及主波起点至降中峡的时间(T_6)均明显缩短,P<0.05及 P<0.01。这些改变可能与下述原因有关:①高原移居者心肌收缩力减弱,心搏出量减小;②高原移居者多数人体循环动脉血管扩张,血压偏低,③高原移居者血液有浓、粘、聚的特点,血液内阻力加大。

These changes may be related to the following reasons: ① plateau migrant myocardial contractility decreased, cardiac output reduced; ② most of the high-altitude settlers circulatory artery vasodilation, low blood pressure, ③ high altitude migrant blood thick, sticky, Poly characteristics, blood resistance increased.
