民营企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,它对国家市场经济的稳健快速发展起到至关重要的作用。在其发展的过程中,融资难的问题普遍存在,成为制约其发展壮大的重要因素。那么如何解决融资难已经成为民营企业首当其冲要解决的问题,本文从民营企业融资问题为研究对象,针对此问题展开分析,深入研究了民营企业融资的现状、阐明了融资难的原因以及提出一些相应的建议和对策。
