目的了解医院感染现状。方法采用横断面调查的方法 ,对2010年11月25日的住院患者进行感染现患率调查。结果调查当日住院患者536例,医院感染现患率为4.48%;下呼吸道(75%)为最常见的感染部位;抗菌药物使用率55.97%,一联用药55%,二联用药43.3%,细菌培养标本送检率32.9%。结论通过医院感染现患率调查,全面了解医院感染现状,加强临床标本送检,规范抗菌药物合理使用,从而不断降低医院感染率。
Objective To understand the current status of nosocomial infection. Methods The method of cross-sectional survey was used to investigate the prevalence of infection in hospitalized patients on November 25, 2010. Results The number of hospitalized patients was 536 on the day of investigation, the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection was 4.48%. The lower respiratory tract (75%) was the most common site of infection. The antibacterials utilization rate was 55.97%, 55% for combined drugs and 43.3% Specimen submission rate of 32.9%. Conclusion Through the investigation of prevalence rate of nosocomial infection, we can fully understand the current status of nosocomial infection, strengthen the submission of clinical samples, and standardize the rational use of antimicrobial agents to reduce the nosocomial infection rate.
