本文深入研究了双MPU动态信号自动采集与分析系统,并重点介绍了其中独特的设计思想和最新的研究成果。该系统选取高性能单片机芯片为主控制器,采用了双MPU并行处理和双A/D芯片联合模一数转换的技术,并通过硬件设计彻底解决了多MPU公用数据存储器所带来的总线竞争问题。在系统中利用大规模集成电路将电荷放大器、自适应量程电压放大器、程控抗混滤波器、A/D转换器、大容量非易失数据存储器、图形液晶显示器和通讯接口集成在一起。并把信号的电荷放大/电压放大、滤波、采样─保持和模─数转换四路并行处理。该系统已成功地应用于车削过程的在线识别与监控,获得了预期的效果。
In this paper, the dual MPU dynamic signal automatic acquisition and analysis system is studied in depth, and the unique design ideas and the latest research results are mainly introduced. The system chooses the high performance MCU chip as the main controller, adopts the dual MPU parallel processing and the dual A / D chip combined modulo conversion technology, and completely resolves the bus competition brought by the multi-MPU common data memory through the hardware design problem. In the system, large scale integrated circuits are used to integrate charge amplifiers, adaptive range voltage amplifiers, programmable anti-aliasing filters, A / D converters, large-capacity nonvolatile data memories, graphic liquid crystal displays and communication interfaces. And the signal charge amplification / voltage amplification, filtering, sampling-maintaining and analog-digital conversion four parallel processing. The system has been successfully applied to the on-line recognition and monitoring of the turning process, with the expected results.
