对511例小儿夏季腹泻病原学进行分析。结果共检出病原菌85株,包括8种病原菌,其中志贺菌属43株,沙门氏菌5株,致病性大肠杆菌3株,嗜盐杆菌1株,恶臭假单胞菌1杯。203例同时送检空肠弯曲菌和耶尔森氏菌,检出空肠弯曲菌10株,耶尔森氏菌20株。36例临床上类似轮状病毒感染腹泻患儿的大便送检轮状病毒监测结果只有2例阳性。表明志贺菌属仍为小儿夏季腹泻主要病原,而空肠弯曲菌,尤其是耶尔森氏菌的感染情况,有日益增加趋势,应引起临床重视。
511 cases of pediatric summer diarrhea etiology analysis. Results A total of 85 pathogenic bacteria were identified, including 8 pathogenic bacteria, including 43 strains of Shigella, 5 strains of Salmonella, 3 strains of pathogenic E. coli, 1 strain of halophilic bacteria and 1 cup of Pseudomonas putida. 203 cases of simultaneous detection of Campylobacter jejuni and Yersinia, Campylobacter jejuni detected 10 strains, Yersinia 20 strains. In 36 cases of clinically similar rotavirus-infected children with stool transfusion rotavirus surveillance results only 2 positive. Show that Shigella is still the main pathogen of summer diarrhea in children, and Campylobacter jejuni, especially Yersinia infection, there is an increasing trend should cause clinical attention.
