热轧卷取机设备安装在热带钢连轧线的尾部,其作用是对精轧机轧制完的带钢进行卷取,以便运输和储存。在卷取过程中与精轧机或夹送辊建立稳定张力,保证带钢的卷取质量。其工况特点为:设备使用频率高、动作频繁、卷钢时的冲击振动很大,如果在安装时不采取有针对性的措施,不仅会造成设备的安装精度差、影响钢卷的卷形,还会在生产初期就会出现大量的设备故障,严重影响设备的稳定运行。
