我是营口学区大石桥分校第六届大专班学员,同时也是该班的学员班长。光阴荏苒,转眼三年的学习生活过去了,不仅使我学到了许多知识,而且那段灿烂的校园生活,特别是担任学员班长的经历,让我受到锻炼,使我在今后的工作中得益匪浅。三年来的班长经历,我的体会是当好班长首先要在学习和工作上以身作则。同时要对同学尽心、细心服务。班长是班主任老师的助手,也是学员的代表,起着承上启下的作用,这就要求班长要做到学习好,在学员中有一定的威信。因此,我努力做到三个带头:带头完成教学大纲规定的各科目学习,按时听课,按时完成作业,在学懂学深上下功夫;带头遵守校规校纪和国家的法律、法规;带头积极组织和参加学区的分校开展的各项活动。我是一名机关干部,长期在党史部门工作,每天工作十分繁忙,每次上辅导课,我都把工作提前做好。腾出时问参加辅导课,从不缺席,有效地保证了学习时间,我还注意学习的计划性和学习方法。每天应完成多少学习内容,都有安排,学习中,我都力求把读过的内容弄懂弄通。听老师辅导后,及时看书复习,对照难点内容进行消化理解,达到弄懂弄通理解为止。认真完成课后作业,通过做作业进一步消化课文内容,巩固所学的知识。
