针对山丘区城市防洪的特点及变化等,提出了山丘区城市防洪体系及城市防洪标准,分析了洪水遭遇分析方法,在防洪规划方案综合比选基础上对防洪工程最优规模进行综合优化决策,为山丘区城市防洪工程规模决策提供了可靠依据,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,值得在山丘区城市防洪中推广应用。
