前言曾为探索活塞式制冷机低吸入压力下输气系数,对修改阀头后2AL8制冷压缩机按有关标准做过空气排量测定试验。根据测定数据作出过不同吸入压力下的压缩比与输气系数的关系曲线群。同时通过数据的演变处理,得到了不同压缩比下因吸入压力变化的输气系数修正曲线群,而且数据点连成的曲线比较光顺。从而可看出它是与压缩机本身有关的特性系数,主要与压缩机进气阀片组(阀头)
Preface To explore the piston compressor low suction pressure of the gas transmission coefficient, after modifying the valve head 2AL8 refrigeration compressor according to the relevant standards made air displacement test. Based on the measured data, the relationship between the compression ratio and the gas transmission coefficient under different suction pressures was obtained. At the same time, through the data evolvement processing, the curve of the gas supply coefficient correction curve group with different compression ratio changes due to the suction pressure is obtained, and the curve of the data point connection becomes smooth. It can be seen that it is with the compressor itself related to the coefficient of performance, mainly with the compressor inlet valve disc group (valve head)
