(Johannesburg, December 5, 2015) Dear President Zuma, Honorable Chairman of the African Union, President Mugabe, Dear leaders, Heads, Dear AU Chairman Zuma, Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear friends, Today is the anniversary of the second anniversary of the death of Mr. Nelson Mandela. As we gather to discuss the development of China-Africa relations, we deeply cherish the memory of Mr. Mandela. Mr. Mandela is a great politician and a great friend of the Chinese people. He has made a significant contribution to the development of China-Africa relations. The Chinese people will always remember this. The speeches made by my colleagues are wonderful and left a deep impression on us. We have put forward constructive suggestions and suggestions on China-Africa relations and the three-year cooperation between China and Africa in the next three years. I am very much affected
