泰素治疗晚期恶性肿瘤46例观察

目的分析由美国百时美施贵宝（ＢｒｉｓｔｏｌＭｙｅｒｓＳｑｕｉｂｂ）公司生产的国际最热门的抗肿瘤新药泰素，治疗各类晚期恶性肿瘤效果。方法参照美国ＦＤＡ规定，泰素应用非聚氯乙烯输液管及系列过滤器，并给患者标准的抗过敏反应用药。结果未发生任何因泰素毒性过敏死亡病例。泰素疗效：对小细胞肺癌为４５６５％（２１／４６），乳腺癌为８６９％（４／４６），卵巢癌为４３５％（２／４６）；对肝癌、胰腺癌、鼻咽癌也有效。结论泰素作为新型抗癌药，其抗瘤谱广，疗效较显著。

Objective To analyze the most popular anti-tumor drug Thaksin produced by Bristol-Myers Squibb in the United States, and to treat all kinds of advanced malignant tumors. Methods According to the US FDA regulations, TAXOL uses non-PVC infusion tubes and series filters, and gives patients standard anti-allergic reactions. There was no case of toxic allergy death due to thacyclin. Effect of Taxol: 45.6% (21/46) for small cell lung cancer, 8.69% (4/46) for breast cancer, 4.5% (2/46) for ovarian cancer, and liver cancer and pancreatic cancer. Nasopharyngeal cancer is also effective. Conclusion As a new type of anti-cancer drug, Taxol has a broad spectrum of anti-tumor efficacy and significant efficacy.
