巷旁充填材料的研究该项目是根据中德技术合作项目“顺槽二次利用”而下达的.由煤炭科学研究总院北京开采所承担.根据兖州矿务局南屯煤矿的地质、矿压条件和材料来源情况,采用水泥、粉煤灰和石灰石渣为主要原料,配以添加剂研制了具有早强性能的巷旁充填材料.经过150多组的配比试验,最后筛选出的方案,达到较好的指标,5h的抗压强度达3.48MPa,28天的抗压强度为23.83MPa,超过了原中德双方协商确定的3MPa和20MPa指标.
