两年来,我行在上级行和当地党政领导下,坚持两手抓,努力做到“三抓一促”,即抓领导班子建设,抓思想教育,抓思想政治工作薄弱环节,促进思想建设和业务发展双丰收,较好地完成上级行交给的各项任务。先后2个股室被评为三级先进集体,一人被评为全国金融劳动模范,4人次被评为三级先进个人,93年实现利润117万元,完成任务130％。我行抓思想政治工作的做法和体会主要是:
