中国共产党领导人民群众为新国家制定国歌,最早始于20世纪30年代初。1931年11月,中国共产党在江西瑞金召开中华苏维埃第一次全国代表大会,宣布成立中华苏维埃共和国,决定以法国人欧仁·鲍狄埃作词、比尔·狄盖特作曲的《国际歌》作为国歌。18年后,随着人民解放战争的胜利,中国共产党开始考虑筹建新国家。1949年6月,在北平成立了以毛泽东为主任的中国人民政治协商会议筹委会,负责政协会议的筹备工作。
The Chinese Communist Party led the people in making the national anthem for the new nation, beginning as early as the 1930s. In November 1931, the Chinese Communist Party held the first National Congress of the Chinese Soviets in Ruijin, Jiangxi, announcing the establishment of the Chinese Soviet Republic and deciding to make the “Internationale Song” composing the French by Eugene Bautier and Bill Diege as the national anthem . Eighteen years later, with the victory of the People’s Liberation War, the Chinese Communist Party began to think about building a new nation. In June 1949, a Preparatory Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference under the leadership of Chairman Mao Zedong was set up in Peiping, responsible for the preparations for the CPPCC session.
