燕化合成橡胶厂是目前国内最大的合成橡胶生产厂,年合成橡胶生产能力达21万吨,可生产顺丁橡胶、热塑性丁苯橡胶(SBS)、丁基橡胶、溶聚丁苯等十个品种十八个牌号的产品,1997年通过了GBT19002-IS09002质量保证体系认证。燕化橡胶在用户中享有很高的信誉,具有良好的企业形象。丁基橡胶装置是燕化合成橡胶厂引进国外先进的生产技术。该装置的投产是国内第一套也是唯一的一套丁基橡胶生产线,结束了我国长期以来丁基橡胶完全依赖进口的局面。
YANCHENG SYNTHETIC RUBBER FACTORY is currently the largest synthetic rubber production plant in China with an annual production capacity of 210,000 tons of synthetic rubber, which can produce ten rubber products such as butadiene rubber, SBS, butyl rubber and SPB Varieties of 18 brands of products, in 1997 adopted the GBT19002-IS09002 quality assurance system certification. Yanhua rubber users enjoy a high reputation, with a good corporate image. Butyl rubber plant is a synthetic rubber plant in Yanhua to introduce advanced foreign production technology. The operation of this device is the first and only set of butyl rubber production line in China, ending the situation that China’s butyl rubber has totally relied on imports for a long time.
