高层次管理人才培养通常包括在校学习的硕士、博士研究生,也包括培训企业经理层的人才,本文主要是研究后者,即对企业经理层培训问题进行探讨。一、培训的必要性对担负企业高层管理的厂长、经理进行不断培训,早已引起国内外的普遍重视,大学理所当然地要承担这一任务的研究与实践。纵观我国改革开放深入发展的形势和航空工业企业厂长经理层的现状,不断培训、加强培训实为必要。
The training of high-level management personnel usually includes masters and doctoral students who are studying at school as well as those who train the manager of the enterprise. This paper mainly studies the latter, which discusses the training of managers in the enterprise. I. Looking at the situation of deepening the reform and opening up in our country and the status quo of the factory manager at the aviation industry, it is necessary to continue training and strengthen training.
