校核是公文文稿送领导同志审批之前很重要的一个环节,其基本任务就是辨识和处理文稿中的“硬伤”和“软伤”。所谓“硬伤”,即明摆着的、不容解释的错误;所谓“软伤”,即不易看出、须经仔细辨析才可发现的错误。如何辨识和处理公文文稿中的“两伤”?笔者根据多年的工作实践,就此谈点粗浅的看法。先谈一下“硬伤”的辨识和处理问题。在工作实践中,笔者通过对文稿中突出出现“硬伤”的地方进行分析,确定了十八个需要重点校核的内容,起名为“核文十
