上消化道出血是指屈氏韧带以上的消化道出血现象,包括食管、胃、十二指肠、胰腺、胆道等器官因病变所造成的各种出血,是临床一种较为常见的急重症,主要表现为呕血、便血及程度不同的周围循环衰竭等特征[1]。采取科学及时的治疗方法及合理的护理措施,能够有效提高治疗效果,降低患者病死率。我院汇总上消化道出血108例病例,对其临床护理及疗效进行分析,报道如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料选取我院2015年1月-2016年9月收治的
