British Deputy Prime Minister Michael Heseltine was born on March 21, 1933 in Swansea, south of Wales. He studied at Pembroke College, University of Oxford, UK. Since 1954 as chairman of the Oxford University Student Union and the Conservative Association of Oxford University, began an extraordinary life course.
