本文基于系统科学理论的视角,提出了构建新建本科院校行政管理专业实践教学体系应坚持系统性、目标性、开放创新和校内外相结合的原则,从培养应用型行政管理专门人才出发构建了实践教学体系的目标体系,结合目标体系的实现构建了内容体系,从思想认识、组织制度和人员经费等方面构建了保障体系,从预先控制、过程控制和反馈控制等方面构建了保障体系。
Based on the theory of system science, this paper puts forward that the practice teaching system of administrative management in newly-built undergraduate colleges should adhere to the principle of combining systematization, target, open innovation and inside and outside the school, and set up the practice of cultivating applied talents of administrative management The system of teaching system and the system of target were constructed.
