对太钢2座4350m~3高炉在生产条件发生变化后操作制度的探索实践进行了总结。生产条件发生的变化,一是炉料结构改为70%全精粉烧结矿加30%球团矿,二是高炉利用系数由2.2~2.4控制到1.8~2.0。为此,以高炉的长期稳定顺行为中心组织生产,从装料制度、送风制度、炉型管理制度等方面进行了探索和调整,使高炉实现了煤气利用率49.5%以上、燃料比495~510kg/t的稳定生产。
This paper summarizes the exploration and practice of operation system after the production conditions of 2 4350m ~ 3 blast furnaces in TISCO are changed. Changes in production conditions, first, the structure of the charge to 70% of all refined sinter plus 30% pellets, and second blast furnace utilization factor from 2.2 to 2.4 control to 1.8 to 2.0. To this end, the blast furnace long-term stable behavior along the organization of production, from the loading system, air supply system, furnace management system to explore and adjust the blast furnace to achieve a gas utilization rate of 49.5%, the fuel ratio of 495 ~ 510kg / t stable production.
