通过保角变换,采用贴体坐标,应用矢性流函数—涡量法,修正的k-ε双方程涡流模型,建立了非规范正文曲线坐标下直流电弧电渣钢包炉内熔体输运过程的三维数学模型,进行了联立藕合求解。并在生产过程中实测了直流电渣钢包炉内熔体的电磁场和温度场,理论计算与实验结果基本一致,从而提高了数学模型的可靠性与实用性
