现代学徒制是职业院校人才培养模式改革的重要举措,如何做好新的人才培养模式下学生的思想政治教育,是一项迫在眉睫的工作。本文主要研究现代学徒制给职业院校思想政治教育带来的挑战,从更新思想政治教育理念、创新思想政治教育机制、拓宽思想政治教育平台,改革思想政治教育教学体系、完善思想政治教育评价体系五个方面研究新路径,进而培养“德技双馨”全面发展的优秀职业人。
Modern apprenticeship system is an important measure for personnel training mode reform in vocational colleges.
