1990年11月23日,国务院总理李鹏,中共中央政治局常委宋平,以及李铁映、薄一波、王首道、陈慕华、周谷城等党和国家领导人在人民大会堂按见了与会全体代表,并和大家合影留念。李鹏总理在接见时指出:会计是一項很重要的工作,存在于社会各行业之中,随着社会主义四个现代化事业的发展,会计工作在经济生活和政权建设等各項社会活动中,发挥着越来越重要的作用。在我国,会计人才不是多了而是少了,希望培训出更多的合格会计人才。我们的会计制度已初步形成,但还不完善,还要更加严格各行各业的会计管理,使我们的经济生活走上正规化、现代化,希望大家共同努力。
