本文研究了花菜汁对大鼠肝脏谷胱甘肽转移酶(GST)活性、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)水平及细胞色素P_(450)含量的影响。成年Splague—Dawley大鼠随机分为3组,每组12只,雌雄各半。3组动物分别用灌胃法给予花菜汁0、2.5、10.0ml/kg,每日2次,连续4周。结果显示,给花菜汁的2组动物肝细胞GST活性分别比对照组增加51.3%和66.7%;给花菜汁10.0ml/kg组肝脏GSH水平比对照组提高60.1%;细胞色素P_(450)含量在各组之间无显著差异。说明花菜在肿瘤预防中有一定实用意义。
In this paper, the effects of cauliflower on hepatic glutathione transferase (GST), glutathione (GSH) and cytochrome P450 in rat liver were studied. Adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, 12 in each group, male and female. Three groups of animals were given gavage juice gavage 0,2.5,10.0ml / kg, 2 times a day for 4 weeks. The results showed that the GST activity of hepatocytes in two groups of ginseng juice increased by 51.3% and 66.7% respectively compared with the control group; the GSH level in liver of 10.0 ml / kg ginseng juice increased by 60.1% compared with the control group; the content of cytochrome P 450 There was no significant difference between the groups. That cauliflower in cancer prevention has some practical significance.
