机械制造业是我国的支柱产业和国民经济的基础产业。成本是效益的源泉,随着机械产品市场竞争的加剧,有效控制成本是企业发展的有力保证。机械制造企业必须在成本控制上面下功夫,更新成本管理观念,加强材料采购管理,优化生产工艺,最大限度降低人工和材料成本,才能提升企业的市场竞争力。本文探讨了降低机械制造行业成本的措施。
Machinery manufacturing industry is the pillar industry in our country and the basic industry of the national economy. Cost is the source of benefits, with the intensification of competition in the machinery market, effective cost control is a powerful guarantee for the development of enterprises. Machinery manufacturing enterprises must make efforts in cost control, update the concept of cost management, strengthen material procurement management, optimize production technology and minimize labor and material costs in order to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.
