由于我国部分地区生活水准偏低并受饮食习惯的影响,使许多儿童特别是广大农村儿童不能从动物性食物中获得足够的维生素,而主要依赖于维生素含量较丰富的有色蔬菜。但一到冬春季节,蔬菜供应进入淡季,有色蔬菜品种稀少,数量有限,致使幼儿对维生素的摄入减少,从而导致维生素缺乏病,有偏食习惯的儿童更易出现此种情况。那么,针对上述情况,如何合理给幼儿补充容易缺乏的维生素呢?
Due to the low standard of living in some parts of the country and the impact of eating habits, many children, especially the vast majority of rural children, can not get enough vitamins from animal foods, but mainly rely on colored vegetables with rich vitamin content. However, in winter and spring, the supply of vegetables enters the off-season, the variety of non-ferrous vegetables is scarce and the quantity is limited, which leads to the decrease of intake of vitamins for young children, which leads to the deficiency of vitamins and the tendency of partial eclipse children. So, in view of the above situation, how to rationally add to children vulnerable to lack of vitamins?
