思想政治工作是党建的重要内容,是经济工作和其它一切工作的生命线。思想政治工作也是企业管理的重要组成部分,是现代企业凝聚广大职工力量的有效途径,是企业健康有序发展的根本保障。随着林区经济的发展,企业思想政治工作面临新的挑战,如何加强思想政治工作,促进林区企业发展,是本文研究的课题。本文首先阐述了加强林区思想政治工作建设的重要性和必要性,其次对林区企业思想政治工作现状进行了分析,针对存在的问题,提出了加强林区企业思想政治工作的措施。
Ideological and political work is an important part of party building and is the lifeline of economic work and all other work. Ideological and political work is also an important part of business management, an effective way for modern enterprises to unite the power of workers and staff, and is the fundamental guarantee for the healthy and orderly development of enterprises. With the development of forest economy, ideological and political work in enterprises is facing new challenges. How to strengthen ideological and political work and promote the development of forest enterprises are the topics of this paper. This paper first expounds the importance and necessity of strengthening the ideological and political work in forestry areas. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of ideological and political work in forestry enterprises and puts forward some measures to strengthen the ideological and political work in forestry enterprises.
