党的十八大指出,文化是民族的血脉,是人民的精神家园。对于检察机关和检察官而言,检察文化的重要性也是不言而喻的。但是,如同“文化”一词的概念众说纷纭一样,检察文化的具体内涵、外延仍然属于理论界和实务界重点研究的课题,尚未形成统一的认识。本文旨在通过理论分析与实践总结相结合的方式,从检察职业文化、检察机关文化和检察特色文化三方面,对检察文化的内涵、外延进行界定,以期为检察文化建设提供一些思路和借
The 18th CPC National Congress pointed out that culture is the blood of the nation and the spiritual homeland of the people. The importance of procuratorial culture is also self-evident to prosecutors and prosecutors. However, as the concept of “culture” varies widely, the specific connotation and denotation of the prosecutorial culture still fall into the priority research topics of theorists and practitioners, and no unified understanding has yet been formed. The purpose of this paper is to define the connotation and extension of procuratorial culture from three aspects: prosecution professional culture, procuratorial organ culture and prosecutorial special culture through the combination of theoretical analysis and practice summary, in order to provide some ideas for the construction of procuratorial culture
