The redevelopment of Harden Road in Culver City, California is currently underway, with the Tennis Channel Project being the latest of its kind to be adjacent to the Los Angeles City Center. The area has been home to dilapidated industrial and manufacturing buildings and now has become a vibrant new community thriving in new media for commercial, graphic design and film production. Originally built in the early 1950s, the original single-story brick building was located just east of the now-deserted South Pacific Railway and served directly to the building.
