从1982年开始,我校对全校女生建立了月经卡,利用体育课和课间等时间每月填卡一次,各班卫生员负责收发,收卡后由卫生老师查阅并集中在卫生室保管,学生毕业时交本人继续使用。在建卡前对女生普遍进行青春期卫生和经期卫生教育。现根据12～17岁384名女生的月经卡进行初步分析。 384人中月经初潮300人,初潮率78％,初潮年龄9～15岁,以12岁为多(38.3％),平均初潮年龄12.7岁。300人初潮时间为春、夏、秋、
