目的 :摸索快速简便的毒性中药川乌、草乌的含量测定方法。方法 :用酸性染料比色法测定制川乌、草乌中的总乌头生物碱含量。结果 :在浓度 1.85～ 18.5 2 μg/ml范围内线性关系良好 ,加样回收率为 10 1.2 3 % ,RSD为 1.42 %。 结论 :建立的方法可用于川乌、草乌的定量测定
Objective :To explore the method for determining the content of fast and simple toxic Chinese herbal medicines Chuanwu and Kusao. Methods : The content of alkaloids in the total aconitum in Chuanwu and Caowu was determined by acid dye colorimetry. Results: The linearity was good in the range of 1.85～ 18.52 μg/ml. The recovery rate was 101.2 3% and the RSD was 1.42%. Conclusion : The established method can be used for the quantitative determination of Chuanwu and Kusao
