Objective: To investigate the relationship between tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) and coronary artery lesion in Kawasaki disease. Methods: Thirty-seven children with Kawasaki disease were divided into the coronary artery injury group (n = 15) and non-coronary artery injury group (n = 22), and the other 40 healthy children were selected as the control group TNF-α and soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor (sTNFR) were detected. The results of the examination were analyzed. The correlation between TNF-α, sTNFR and coronary artery lesions was analyzed. Results: The levels of TNF-α and sTNFR in coronary artery lesion group and coronary artery lesion group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the coronary artery lesion group was higher than those without coronary lesion group. The levels of TNF-α and sTNFR in children with Kawasaki disease were significantly Coronary artery injury was positively correlated, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The risk of coronary artery lesion in Kawasaki disease can be predicted based on the concentration of tumor necrosis factor α, and there is a positive correlation between the two.
