DL 111-IT对大鼠、小鼠、仓鼠和狗皮下、肌肉、阴道内和口服给药时,均有终止妊娠作用。实验动物要求放在空调室,每天光照14小时和黑暗10小时以及标准饮食的条件下饲养。体重要求大鼠200～300g,仓鼠100～180g,小鼠25～35g,以发现精子或阴栓为妊娠第1天。小猎兔犬9～13kg,杂种狗6～21kg,动情期内2天与有生育力的雄狗交配2次,2次均交配上的为妊娠0天。时间过程和剂量-活性(dose-activity)研究指出,DL 111-IT的有效作用取决于
