伴随着我国社会主义市场经济的快速发展和全球经济一体化的不断升级,我国的证券市场呈现出了快速的发展趋势。然而由于我国的证券市场在受到政治和历史原因的影响,在其发展的过程中具有一定的特殊性。本文主要针对我国国内证券市场潜在的风险进行研究,通过对证券市场风险的形式进行分析,并且在此基础上对国内证券市场投资人的保护策略进行研究,以期更好的改善我国证券市场的投资环境,促进我国经济社会快速发展。
With the rapid development of China’s socialist market economy and the escalating global economic integration, China’s securities market has shown a rapid development trend. However, due to the influence of political and historical reasons, China’s stock market has its own particularity in the process of its development. This article mainly studies the potential risks in the domestic securities market in our country. By analyzing the forms of the securities market risk, and on the basis of this study, we study the protection strategies of the investors in the domestic securities market in order to improve the investment in the securities market in our country Environment and promote the rapid economic and social development in our country.
