目的比较两种清洗消毒方法对胃镜活检钳的清洗效果。方法将通过目测法、残留血和细菌检测法,对两组清洗方法清洗胃镜活检钳的效果进行检测比较。结果 A组酶洗+超声清洗+手工清洗方法和B组酶洗+超声清洗+手工清洗方法 +清洗机清洗方法,经目测法检测活检钳清洗效果合格率分别为98.7%和99.6%;隐血试验法检测清洗效果合格率分别为96.7%和100%;活菌数检测法检测清洗效果合格率分别为83.3%和100%;鲎试验检测法检测清洗效果分别为70.0%和100%。结论使用后胃镜活检钳采用酶洗+超声清洗+手工清洗+清洗机清洗法程序,清洗效果最佳。
Objective To compare the cleaning effects of two kinds of cleaning and disinfection methods on endoscopic biopsy forceps. Methods Visual inspection, residual blood and bacterial test were used to compare the effect of gastroscope biopsy forceps cleaning between two groups of cleaning methods. Results A group of enzymatic cleaning + ultrasonic cleaning + manual cleaning method and B group of enzymatic cleaning + ultrasonic cleaning + manual cleaning method + washing machine cleaning method, the biopsy forceps by the visual test results were 98.7% and 99.6%, respectively; occult blood test The passing rate of the test results was 96.7% and 100%, respectively. The passing rates of viable count test method were 83.3% and 100% respectively. The test results showed that the test results showed that the pass rate was 70.0% and 100% respectively.
