运铁蛋白(transferrin,Tf)的分子量为77000,和白蛋白一样是主要血浆蛋白之一。作者用放射免疫法测定36例尿蛋白阴性的糖尿病患者尿中Tf量,并讨论其临床意义,同时测定微量尿蛋白(色素法)及尿N-乙酰-β-氨基葡萄糖酶(NAG)活性,并以17名健康人作对照。患者男16例,女20例,年龄20~71岁。饮食疗法20例,磺胺脲类药物治疗1例,胰岛素治疗15例。健康人尿中Tf为0.90±0.72mg/lg肌酐,无视网膜病变的糖尿病患者尿Tf值明显增高(2.59±2.58mg/lg肌酐),有视网膜病变者则更高(13.36±15.78mg/lg肌酐)。健康人微量尿蛋白量为115.8±66.3mg/lg肌酐,无视网膜病变者为171.8±95.3
Transferrin (Tf) has a molecular weight of 77,000, which, like albumin, is one of the major plasma proteins. The authors used radioimmunoassay to determine urinary Tf levels in 36 patients with urinary protein-negative diabetes mellitus, and discussed its clinical significance. Simultaneous determination of urinary proteinuria and urine N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase activity, 17 healthy people as a control. 16 patients were male and female 20 cases, aged 20 to 71 years. Diet therapy in 20 cases, sulfaurea drugs in 1 case, insulin treatment in 15 cases. The urinary Tf was 0.90 ± 0.72mg / lg creatinine in healthy people, urinary Tf was significantly higher in diabetic patients without retinopathy (2.59 ± 2.58mg / lg creatinine) and higher in patients with retinopathy (13.36 ± 15.78mg / lg creatinine ). Healthy people trace amount of urinary protein was 115.8 ± 66.3mg / lg creatinine, no retinopathy were 171.8 ± 95.3
