对凌钢2 300m3高炉长期非计划休风的处理进行总结。主要经验是在高炉休风后采取保温措施;复风后加入适量净焦,多补充喷煤量,使用最高风温等强提炉温;降低炉渣碱度,改善炉渣流动性;适度调整矿批,合理调整布料矩阵,保证两股煤气流合理分布;分级式堵风口和安排合理的炉前作业等措施,复风24h后炉况就基本恢复正常。
