φ5.5×1.8m湿式自磨机42CrMo钢重载齿轮(见图1)工作条件恶劣,技术要求严格,过去采用整体调质、中频加热沿齿沟喷水淬火,时常出现应变裂纹,使用中也不断发生脆性断裂,使用寿命少者七天、多者半年,影响机组正常运转。通过现场调查以及工艺分析试验,改用开齿调质强韧化、辅以软氮化补充回火工艺,装机试验证明,齿轮获得了高度稳定的可靠性,提高了使用寿命。新旧工艺见图2,质量对比见表1。 1.开齿调质软氮化补充回火工艺特点为防止齿轮的脆性损坏与早期疲劳损坏,必须加强材料的强韧化处理,特别是运
